Before you call

A few thingspeople wonder

If your question is not here, ask us anyway — there are no small questions.

How quickly will someone reply?
Requests sent during office hours are usually answered the same business day. If you do not hear from us within two business days, please call again — sometimes messages get missed, and we would rather hear from you twice than not at all.
Do I have to give my real name?
For an appointment, we need a name and a way to reach you so we can prepare and follow up. If you only want to ask a general question, you can call and ask without explaining your whole situation.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Many people bring a family member, elder, or friend. Let us know who is coming so we have enough room and time for everyone.
What if I need an interpreter or accessibility supports?
Tell us in the notes and we will do what we can to arrange support, including meeting in a quieter space, meeting by phone, or writing things down instead.
